The 2016 Nissan Titan is scheduled to make its debut at the Detroit Auto Show next month, but somebody caught up to one on the highway and got some of the best spy footage of the truck in action that we've seen so far.

This one doesn't have the "NV3000" van-style two-slat grille we've seen on some other prototypes... those slotted horizontal bars remind me of what's on current Range Rovers. I'm guessing this is an options-max'ed "SV Platinum" or whatever they're planning to call their top-of-the-range luxury trim.

Some of the lines are certainly familiar to the original Titan, but it looks like they've gone a bit broader with the face and certainly more pronounced with the grille. What do you think of it so far?
